1. Service Agreement

Payment schedules vary by service package. Full planning packages require a 50% deposit upon contract signing, with the balance due 30 days before the wedding date. Day-of coordination requires full payment 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date will receive a 75% refund of payments made. Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable due to committed vendor relationships and planning time invested.

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

All planning documents, designs, and concepts created by No Stress Weddings remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for their specific wedding event.
